Transfer Domain Name to eVetSite Management
Thank you for choosing eVetSites - Inspired by the VIN Community, part of the VIN family. If you would like to transfer domain management to eVetSites, we can assist you. We will need some information from you in order to process the transfer.
eVetSites domain management includes annual registration, DNS management, email services, domain name privacy, and annual automatic renewal: Cost $35.00 per year.
In order to transfer your domain name you should first contact or login to your present domain registrar (GoDaddy, Network Solutions, Tucows, etc). We need the following:
- A transfer Authorization Code from your present registrar (you must contact your registrar by phone for this code).
- A current email address on the Admin Contact address where you can respond to the transfer request.
- The domain name must be in "unlocked" or in "protection off" mode and available for transfer.

To research your domain name and locate your present registrar go to https://www.networksolutions.com/whois then enter your domain name into the search field. This will bring up your "Who Is" record. This will also help you check on items #2 and #3 above. If you have "Domain Name Privacy" (all domain names at eVetsite Systems include this service) you will need to contact the Admin Contact listed on your Who Is record for further information.
One more item to consider. If you have an email(s) associated with your domain, referred to as a domain-specific email (ie: staff@midtownanimalclinic.com), you will want to make a back-up of your email messages if you are planning on moving domain management to eVetSites.
